Administrative Assistant 4

Responsibilities

Manage calendars for approximately three executives, including a Vice President.

Open and handle purchase orders and related administrative tasks.

Support executives and adapt to new internal tools.

Oversee a secure space, including responsibility for temporary badges and access logistics.

Primarily support onsite operations at the Red West C location in Redmond.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supporting calendaring, especially for multiple executives including those at the VP level.

At least 5 years of experience with Employee Central, replacing Hedge.

Minimum of 8 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

A degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience or understanding of AI as it is increasingly used in the admin field.

Prior experience with internal MSFT Software such as "Employee Central" and/or "Hedge" is a plus.

Experience in a large, fast-paced technology-driven professional work environment is beneficial.

Work Environment

The role is onsite, requiring presence 5 days a week in Redmond within a large and fast-paced professional environment. Standard equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, and extra monitor will be provided.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
