Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Admin

Location: On-site at solar construction project in Coldwater, MI

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: 6-day work week, 10-hour days

Compensation: $22/hour

Per Diem: $500 a week if you live over 75 miles from the worksite location

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Admin to join our team at a solar construction site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. You'll be responsible for entering and managing data, supporting administrative functions, and maintaining accurate records across both digital and physical formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks, including order entry, into company databases

Transcribe information from various sources with a high level of accuracy

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files

Collect and input data from various departments into spreadsheets or databases

Assist with basic math calculations and data analysis using Excel (including pivot tables)

Provide general administrative and document control support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills

Strong understanding of Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas)

Familiarity with Outlook (emailing, scheduling meetings)

Basic knowledge of printing and scanning equipment

Excellent organizational skills (filing in numerical/alphabetical order)

Experience with Bluebeam is a plus (training available if needed)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
