Manage the integration and go-to-market efforts for new partners and alliances across our multi-brand hotel portfolio and globally recognized loyalty program. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that not only support the seamless onboarding of new partnerships but drive incremental room night revenue, increase loyalty contribution, and elevate the value proposition for guests, owners and partners. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders as well as with external partners to ensure all initiatives are aligned with our broader multi-brand objectives and strategic relationship goals. Enhance partner visibility, improve member engagement, and maximize mutual growth through targeted, performance-driven campaigns. Manage critical partner relationships to ensure clear communication, effective campaign execution, and strong stakeholder alignment across the organization.
Your day to day
Manage end-to-end integration and go-to-market execution for new partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and loyalty program objectives. Large focus on project management for multiple partner marketing initiatives at once.
Develop and oversee performance-driven marketing strategies to support partner launches, drive room night growth, and increase loyalty contribution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams-including brand, technology, analytics, and loyalty-to deliver seamless partner onboarding and campaign execution.
Analyze campaign pro-forma, performance and partnership impact, identifying opportunities to enhance member engagement and optimize partner value.
Facilitate planning conversations with business partners, stakeholders and SMEs to align program/campaign objectives prior to launch, ensuring proper performance monitoring and progress readouts to Director at defined intervals (and other senior leadership as needed)
What we need from you
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Eight or more years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position including direct marketing or database marketing experience.
Familiarity with direct marketing and analytics techniques and systems (campaign management processes and analysis).
Experience with test-and-learn scenarios and planning matrices, execution in both on and offline channels.
Experience with campaign management and email marketing tools (MRM and Story).
Firm grasp of relational database concepts.
Ability to work in an integrated creative environment and to translate customer analytics output into insight for development of creative briefs.
Ability to direct creative processes (es) to build compelling messaging and creative concepts.
Experience in handling sensitive consumer data such as financial records a plus.
Experience with identifying marketing opportunities utilizing third party information.
Ability to translate observations into finding and business applications.
Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized with excellent time management skills and a technical aptitude.
Team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on problem solving.
Experience in project management a plus

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $102,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. ?We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
