We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasadena, California. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in customer engagement and problem-solving. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Assist customers with their inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.

Process routine transactions and maintain accurate records.

Manage email correspondence and resolve customer issues promptly.

Enter and update customer information in the system with attention to detail.

Promote company products and services by identifying customer needs.

Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Support team efforts by contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with data entry and order processing.

Experience in call center operations or managing inbound/outbound calls.
