As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also interact with individuals on site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance needs observed during patrols.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while on patrol and during all assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Applicants must be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
