What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help control access to the location.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the food and beverage production and storage areas.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as required.
Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
