Our client, in St. Marys, Ohio is seeking an accounts payable clerk to join their team.The ideal candidate will will have experience in accounting and inventory

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: St Marys Ohio

Pay Range: $23.25 hr

What's the Job?

Review and verify invoices and check requests

Sort, code, and match invoices to purchase orders

Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system

Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

Reconcile accounts payable transactions

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred

Proven working experience in accounts payable or accounting

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
