We are looking for a dependable, entry-level technician to join our team working with commercial cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor machine and burnishers). This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, organized, and eager to learn. Part-time or full-time position.

Position Details:

Schedule: 30-40 hours per week

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Hours: 8am-1pm/4:40 depending on hours. Monday-Friday

Location: The Powell Company Lima, OH

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic service, maintenance, and repair of commercial cleaning equipment

Receive, organize, and manage parts inventory

Coordinate parts ordering and track usage

Support technicians with parts and equipment needs

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Entry-level position --- training provided

Mechanical aptitude or interest in equipment repair

Basic computer skills for inventory and parts tracking

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
