Overview:
Audacy Kansas City is looking for our next sales leader to join our leadership as a Digital Sales Manager.
Candidates for the Digital Sales Manager must have sales experience in the digital space and be able to step in and drive the company's revenue. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and history of new business development; lead generation, pipeline management and lead in a team environment.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Be the Digital Visionary - Partner with top-performing Account Executives to design and deliver strategic, client-focused digital campaigns. You'll dive deep into client goals and craft bold solutions that get real results.
Fuel Revenue Growth - Execute a high-impact business and sales strategy to exceed digital revenue targets. Your hustle and strategy will drive game-changing success.
Lead with Purpose - Train, mentor, and energize a team of digital-savvy sellers. You'll be the go-to expert and champion of our digital playbook.
Drive Product Innovation - Collaborate with our internal Digital Agency to shape the future of our products. Your feedback will help define what comes next.
Inspire Clients - Deliver campaign insights and reporting that build trust and long-term relationships. Your consultative approach will make you a vital partner to every business you touch.
Lead, train and participate on client sales calls with Audacy Account Executives
Personally consult local and regional businesses to understand their needs and aspirations so that tailored solutions can be designed, implemented and executed.
Execute an overall business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of digital and overall goals
On-going consultation with sold clients regarding the performance of their purchased campaigns.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Responsible for achieving market revenue goals
Educate account executives on digital tools and opportunities.
Recruit, onboard, train and coach sales team in a collaborative management environment
Develop innovative solutions to meet clients marketing needs
Qualifications
More About You:
Education and required experience:
4 year degree required
Must have 2+ years of media-related experience selling digital platforms as well as previous sales management experience; prior radio experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and the ability to meet deadlines are required.
Must be proficient in Google Workspace and be able to create polished sales presentations.
Experience in digital media sales and leadership (radio experience is a plus).
Proven track record of building new business and growing revenue in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem-SEM, SEO, OTT, Social Media, programmatic advertising, podcasting, and more.
Lead and coach a sales team and collaborate on winning and delivering compelling training sessions.
An outstanding communicator with top-notch organizational skills and follow-through.
Additional job duties as needed
A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
