Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring accurate data management. This on-site role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace and build valuable administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage databases by removing outdated or unused information.

Coordinate with carriers to cancel unused numbers or prepare detailed spreadsheets for submission.

Assist in scheduling and managing calendars to ensure smooth workflow.

Arrange travel bookings and prepare necessary documents for import and export purposes.

Facilitate conference calls and ensure proper documentation of discussions.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain effective communication.

Provide general administrative support to enhance team productivity. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.

Familiarity with travel arrangements and import/export documentation.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Reliability and a strong work ethic to meet deadlines.
