Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our small but dynamic team. This role requires wearing multiple hats-from managing customer interactions to coordinating logistics. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with international collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customer phone calls and emails regarding returns and repairs on optics.

Schedule service requests and coordinate with the warehouse on shipping and receiving.

Utilize the ERP system (once implemented) for order tracking, inventory management, and reporting.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, especially for items being returned or shipped.

Provide technical support to customers and oversee the warranty program in the U.S.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in customer service.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.

Clerical and administrative assistance skills.

Experience in front desk and administrative support roles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in working with ERP systems is a plus.

Ability to coordinate logistics effectively.

Work Environment

The role is based in an on-site office setting, providing the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Andersonville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $20.00/hr.
