Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lakewood, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position that offers an opportunity to contribute to essential administrative processes while collaborating with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing data, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

Process requests related to transcripts, enrollment verifications, and other administrative documents.

Provide support in conducting graduation audits and ensuring accuracy in related processes.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Access, to manage databases and create spreadsheets.

Read and interpret technical manuals to streamline administrative procedures.

Communicate effectively both in writing and in person to maintain clear and precise interactions.

Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Ensure business casual workplace standards are upheld in daily operations. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.

Strong ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and apply their content effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a focus on detail and reliability.

Experience in administrative assistance and organizational tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
