Responsibilities

Perform code review and ensure compliance with project budgets and schedules.

Select, evaluate, and implement design components used in projects.

Evaluate existing conditions and formulate responses to challenges.

Supervise and produce Construction Documents through CAD and BIM.

Coordinate and perform quality assurance on consultants' work.

Conduct construction administration for select projects.

Maintain project files for multiple projects simultaneously.

Communicate specific project tasks to clients and team members.

Design and implement project scopes of work, ensuring compliance with schedules.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a strong emphasis on producing CDs.

Architectural license required.

Technical experience in all phases of design, documentation, detailing, and construction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance**, paid group life insurance, and short termand long-term disability. You will be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance upon commencement ofemployment, and the balance of the benefits after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.Your PTO will accrue for the full calendar year as follows: 10 accrued vacation days, 5 accrued sick days, 2accrued personal days, and nine (9) paid holidays. We offer flexible hours and a hybrid work setting after theinitial 90-day probationary period. SSP offers a voluntary 401(k) profit sharing plan as well as an employerfunded 3% safe harbor profit sharing plan; participation would begin after you have completed the plan'seligibility period of 1 year and 1,000 hours of employment. Participation starts on the next available enrollmentdate after the eligibility period.
