Sterilization Associate

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED | Pay: $21/hr. | Entry-Level | Shift: Days

Job Description:

As a Sterilization Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards through sample collection and manual audits. You will prepare reagent solutions and document audit findings with accuracy, which will be reported to the MN Department of Health. Additionally, you will perform accurate documentation, data entry, and report preparation while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaboration with the Safety & Occupational Health team is essential to support various initiatives and projects, and all activities must align with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Conduct sample collection and perform manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Prepare reagent solutions for manual audits.

Document audit findings accurately and promptly for reporting to the MN Department of Health.

Perform accurate documentation, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment through housekeeping duties.

Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma is the minimum requirement.

Work Environment:

This is an office-based role with a shift pattern of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, working from 6 am to 6 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
