Direct Care Aide - Part-time Brockton, MA Floater position Location:
Brockton, MA - Only two stops and you\'ll be able to see all your
scheduled members! Entry-level Direct Care Aides (DCA): \$17/hour Some
experience: \$17.25 - \$18.75/hour Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):
\$19/hour All Care Homecare is a Group Adult Foster Care Program (GAFC)
provider, offering services to elderly and disabled MassHealth

Overview: We are hiring 1 Direct Care Aide (DCA) to provide homecare
services in Brockton. This position doesn\'t have much driving - only
two Brockton stops and you will be able to see all your scheduled
members. It\'s the perfect schedule and a great opportunity to start
your career in the healthcare field! Key Responsibilities: Assist with
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and
grooming. Offer medication reminders. Assist with shopping, errands, and
prescription pickup. Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal
preparation. Report to the main office and supervisors as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver\'s license
Reliable transportation that is registered and insured Good physical and
mental wellbeing Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach,
stoop, crouch, talk, hear, and see as needed Ability to climb up to 10
flights of stairs (as needed) Ability to assist members
physically/ambulation when needed Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. (laundry,
groceries, etc.) Schedules are set once created, with opportunities to
expand based on availability Direct Care Aides typically work 45-60
minutes per member or 2-hour shifts for members who need shopping and
laundry assistance No certification required - we will train the right
candidate! Your ability to build strong relationships with your members
