Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, resources, and deliverables.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure resource availability and allocation, effectively managing project budgets.

Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations to stakeholders and executives.

Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a project management role, specifically in the IT industry.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Experience with risk management and prioritizing tasks.

Proficiency with project management software and tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, or others.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in managing software development projects.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
