What's a typical day as a Corporate Contracts Manager? You'll be:

Drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of contracts under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Advising and troubleshooting on existing agreements while effectively communicating risks to internal decision-makers.

Interacting with various internal clients to address legal and business questions and maintaining the status of contracts.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a BS/BA degree in a related discipline with at least five years of relevant experience; a JD is preferred.

Have two to three years of in-house experience at a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or high-tech company, focusing on contract drafting and negotiation.

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently across various functional groups.
