Our client, a dynamic organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative operations supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Pay Range: $25 per hour

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

Support company executives with administrative tasks in their respective departments.

Assist project owners with planning and coordinating office events, including picking up and delivering materials and supplies.

Anticipate the needs of executives and take proactive action, including daily tasks such as picking up lunches.

Respond promptly to office needs and requests, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Maintain an organized office environment, managing clutter and ensuring cleanliness in common areas.

What's Needed?

Personable and organized with the ability to work independently.

Basic knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.

Proficiency in G-Suite.

Excellent time management and strong multi-tasking skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent computer skills and communication abilities.
