Job Description

Review appraisal documents for loans booked with real estate as collateral. Review appraisal documents, verify loan to value. Review the purpose of the loan and make sure it meets regulations. Develops and enforces compliance policies and procedures. May be involved in a variety of compliance projects and initiatives regarding information disclosure, legal proceedings, etc. Performs periodic reviews to assess level of regulatory compliance. This position requires high attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability are important. This area tends to be busy at the end of each quarter.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week in office and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

This position can be located out of one of the following offices:

Oshkosh, WI

Gresham, OR

St Paul, MN

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Typically two to three years of experience in regulatory compliance activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations

Basic knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong presentation skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
