Position : Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative

Location (training and production) :

Work From Home - Fully Remote

Equipment provided by the client

Pay : $17.50

Duration : Direct Hire (Permanent) position with benefit eligibility!

Anticipated Start Date: 10/23/24

Hours/Schedule:

Training

Paid training, 4-5 weeks. M-F 9:30-5:30 EST

Hours of Operation:

Must be open to working an eight hour shift, 5 days a week, between Sun - Sat. 8:00AM to 11:00PM EST

Client assigns shift based on business needs

Job Description:

The Remote Customer Service Representative, works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.

You will be handling inbound calls from patients, answering questions about their medical benefits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
