Temporary HR Admin Assistant - Part-Time

Location : Lawrence, KS

Duration : 9/8/2025 - 9/19/2025

Pay : $17.50/hr

LSI Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary HR Admin Assistant for one of our clients in Lawrence, KS . This position is responsible for scanning and managing sensitive documents, ensuring accurate uploads, and performing various clerical tasks.

Schedule

AM Shift : 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

PM Shift : 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Scan, organize, and manage sensitive documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Troubleshoot website login issues and assist with resolving basic technical problems related to system access

Conduct new hire orientation sessions , including presenting company policies, safety procedures, and job expectations to groups in a manufacturing environment

Ensure all documents are uploaded correctly and consistently maintained in the system

Utilize computer systems and software efficiently, including the ability to learn new tools or platforms as necessary

Maintain confidentiality at all times, adhering to policies regarding sensitive and personal information

Work independently and stay focused on completing tasks with minimal supervision

Candidate Requirements:

Must be proficient with computers and comfortable using a variety of software programs and systems

Ability to troubleshoot website login issues and resolve basic technical problems independently

Must understand confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Must be exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

Must be able to work independently and stay focused with minimal supervision

Must be comfortable presenting and conducting new hire orientations , including speaking in front of groups in a manufacturing environment

Ability to understand safety procedures, company policies, and job expectations to be able to communicate to others

Previous clerical experience is a plus, but not required
