Operator I - 3rd Shift

Adecco | Sterling, VA | $15.00/hour | Weekly Pay

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Summary

Adecco is hiring Operator I Associates for the 3rd shift at Cuisine Solutions in Sterling, VA. This position is essential in ensuring overnight food production runs smoothly and meets strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment including Theramix and multivac machines.

Check water levels, temperatures, and machine functionality.

Accurately weigh, mix, and package food products.

Store finished products in freezers at correct temperatures.

Record all data on production and quality control forms.

Comply with GMP, HACCP, safety, and sanitation requirements.

Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Basic math and reading comprehension.

Previous food prep or manufacturing experience a plus.

Physically able to bend, stoop, and lift heavy items (40-55+ lbs).

Must work in cold production, cooler, and freezer environments.

Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production deadlines.

Pay Details: $15.00 per week
