Harborview Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for an Program Analyst to join our Ambulatory and Allied Care Services Department.
WORK SCHEDULE:
· 100% FTE, 40 hours weekly
· Day Shift
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
This position is expected to work across multiple leadership and support levels and collaborate/interface frequently with the UW Finance Team and other leaders from UWMC and VMC. In addition to analytic work, this position will serve as a teacher and an internal coach to new managers, directors, and other operations leaders within the AACS department. This position may also be a project manager and coordinator and manage and track projects; develop implementation plans with clinic managers, directors, and other AACS management members.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Associate Administrator in managing the operational, financial, personnel, and related administrative activities for the Ambulatory and Allied Care Services Department. Under direction from the Associate Administrator, the analyst will create quality, performance, and fiscal/labor control dashboards that support the operations and management of the division
Participate with senior leadership in the development, planning and coordination of complex healthcare programs, systems, special projects and ambulatory operations
Perform analysis of available data related to finance, quality, and operations and make recommendations to the Associate Administrator
Coordination, oversight and preparation of monthly financial reporting and on-going productivity and labor reporting specific to the division
Reports and dashboards created by the analyst will support the decision making of HMC and UW Medicine's executive leadership team
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare, and/or Business
At least 3 year's leadership experience in health care program management
An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered
Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
