Senior Wealth Advisor- Independent RIA

Location: Mill Valley, CA | Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000 DOE + Bonus + Profit Share

Jennifer Fukumae is partnering with a highly regarded independent SEC-Registered Investment Advisor in Mill Valley to identify a Senior Wealth Advisor. About the Role

The Senior Wealth Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients while also playing a leadership role within the firm. This position is designed for an experienced advisor with 8+ years of experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about mentoring junior advisors, leading client strategy, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client relationship management and deliver advanced planning strategies.

Oversee and mentor junior advisors, fostering a culture of excellence.

Provide financial planning and investment guidance with a high level of expertise.

Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development.

Represent the firm in the community and strengthen its reputation.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) required.

Series 65 or equivalent strongly preferred.

8+ years of wealth management or financial planning experience.

Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and business development skills.

Ability to think strategically and engage with firm leadership.
