As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and team members, always representing Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation. This position requires driving as part of your daily duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location.
Assist with enforcing site-specific rules and regulations as directed by Allied Universal and client policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols.
Support emergency response efforts as needed, following established protocols for the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
A Guard Card is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
