As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and monitoring assigned areas. This is a primarily driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle, responding to situations as they arise, and assisting with access control. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management.
Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner.
Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to changing environments and conditions at the manufacturing and industrial site.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or a rustic guard shack are preferred.
A valid driver's license is required for positions that primarily involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements; driving experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
