As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a premier automotive location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, respond promptly to any security-related concerns, and use technology such as computers or tablets as part of your daily duties. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the auto dealership environment.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers with directions and general inquiries as needed.
Work closely with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related needs specific to the auto industry location.
Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
CPR certification is preferred.
A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
