Veralto`s Water Quality Business is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, ChemTreat, and Trojan Technologies.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Hach Marketing/Management intern is a key strategic position within the commercial team. The intern drives growth by leading the assigned vertical strategic plan for the respective products and applications. This includes understanding customer pain points, the interconnectedness of Hach's solutions and developing and executing strategies to drive growth with existing customers and applications and discovering adjacencies. This role will ensure alignment with the rest of the vertical team, the broader marketing team, sales, service, R&D, operations, and Claros/IoT. A successful intern is customer focused, strategic, action oriented, has a strong organizational agility and leads by influence to identify and implement growth initiatives.
This position may also assume responsibility for cross-functional company and/or Marketing-wide initiatives and meetings as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for revenue growth for strategic growth initiatives within the assigned vertical market
Analyzes portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, volume, price and quality and converts analysis into insights, strategy and actions
Leads competitive research and analysis, identifies opportunities and threats and develops and executes tactics accordingly by leveraging the rest of the commercial organization
Actively participates in Voice of Customer (VOC) research to ensure short term and long-term commercial success of the current product portfolio and to capture and prioritize key customer needs for future products
Actively supports the annual commercial planning process and other cross-functional initiatives
Understands and leverages the relevant Veralto Enterprise Systems (VES), including but not limited to: Problem Solving, Daily Management, Launch Excellence, Customer Segmentation, VOC
Develops talent within the team and assist with identifying and preparing a successor

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required; in current MBA program
3+ years of progressive work experience; product management/marketing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize data and facts to draw logical and actionable conclusions
Strategic and growth-oriented mindset, collaborative working style, and customer centricity
Demonstrated ability to drive growth initiatives by working cross-functionally in a matrix organization
Ability to establish credibility and trust internally with all levels of the organization and externally with customers
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global environment with people from different countries and cultures, education, work backgrounds and working styles
Fluent in English

The salary range for this role is $103,000-$145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
