Position Overview
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will lead marketing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Core Responsibilities

Act as the key liaison between creative teams (designers, writers, developers) and marketing stakeholders.

Oversee collaboration across departments like marketing, sales, and external vendors.
Communication:
Foster clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
Deliver updates, project progress reports, and flag roadblocks promptly.
Ensure proper documentation of decisions, changes, and next steps for clarity and transparency.
Execution and Delivery:
Monitor the progress and quality of creative campaigns or deliverables.
Enforce strict quality control standards for assets such as branding, design adherence, and messaging.
Manage the revision process while seamlessly integrating feedback and approvals.
Budget and Resource Management:
Oversee budgets allocated for marketing campaigns or creative projects.
Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
Negotiate and manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as applicable.
Performance Measurement:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for respective campaigns and projects.
Analyze data linked to engagements, ROI, lead generation, or other metrics.
Present post-project evaluations with actionable insights for future improvements.
Requirements
Professional Experience:
Proven experience in marketing project management roles, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A background in the creative industries, such as design, copywriting, branding, or media production.
Familiarity with marketing strategy, including campaign workflows from ideation through execution.
Experience working with both in-house teams and external vendors/agencies.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple concurrent deadlines effectively.
Strong communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present updates clearly to stakeholders.
Analytical proficiency in interpreting performance data, campaign KPIs, and generating insights for improvement.
Negotiation and relationship management skills for external vendor collaboration and team coordination.
Technical Proficiency:
Project Management Tools: Proficient in software like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Wrike, and Basecamp to manage timelines, workflows, and resources effectively.
Creative Collaboration Platforms: Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and Miro for brainstorming, prototyping, and design review.
Marketing Tools: Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Tableau for campaign management and data analysis.
Proofing and Feedback Tools: Ability to utilize Ziflow, Frame.io, or InVision for asset review and approvals.
Email Marketing Platforms: Knowledge of tools such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email campaign development and automation.
Specialized Creative Software: Experience managing assets through Brandfolder, Workfront (Adobe), or Widen Collective while maintaining branding adherence.
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Google Analytics) are an advantage.
