Shift Details: Saturday - Monday, 5:30 am to 6 pm

Pay: $15.50

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Break Pack Sorter, your primary role is to hand-sort containers (boxes) based on quality standards. You-ll be an essential part of a fast-moving, production-based environment where accuracy and safety matter.

Key Responsibilities:

Hand-sort Break Pack containers based on visual inspection

Follow all safety policies to support our Plan to Zero (PTZ) goals

Reclaim customer-owned products and materials

Meet daily production and quality targets

Maintain cleanliness through "Clean as You Go" practices

Operate forklifts as needed (we provide training and certification)

Perform repetitive tasks including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting

Lift up to 70 lbs. as part of the job requirements

Support a team-focused environment and assist with additional duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus (training available)

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active role

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred

A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
