Position summary: The Learning & Development consultant will lead instructional design efforts within the K-12 education space. This role involves partnering with diverse stakeholders to assess skill gaps and develop targeted learning programs that support educator and student success.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

· Design and develop curriculum and training programs tailored to client's/project goals.

· Design curriculum to be accessible and adaptable to various learning needs.

· Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training priorities.

· Align learning solutions with state requirements, industry standards, certifications, and career pathways.

· Provide strategic guidance to a team of instructional designers in developing curriculum tailored to the K-12 education sector.

Nonessential functions and responsibilities:

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Required SkillsRequired Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources or related field

· 10+ years of related experience

· Experience in leading projects

· Experience in developing scalable and sustainable program frameworks

Qualifications preferred:

· Knowledge of teaching techniques and instructional design principles.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.

Travel to other offices may be required.

Compensation for this position is $50-60/hourly, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description.
