About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst within Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) & Wealth and Investment Management Technology (WIMT) . This individual will partner with various stakeholders to deliver financial results and produce business review materials used by senior leaders, incorporating business drivers and metrics to demonstrate business progress and provide information to make business decisions.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in initiatives related to financial research, analysis, and reporting
Review and analyze financial data while providing a broad expertise and unique skills used to develop key metrics reporting, including but not limited to budgeting analysis, forecasting analysis, variance analysis, variance commentary, reporting, reviews, and presentation
Prepare business review materials used to present key updates to senior business leaders
Support review and analysis of outputs, including prior to process completion, and comparison outputs of these vs expectations
Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning as well as enhancing financial reporting
Lead projects to meet the implementation of projects impacting one or more lines of business and exercise independent judgment while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Establish effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standard and internal control standards
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to communicate financial and business results to senior management
Financial Planning & Analysis experience
BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
P&L financial management and forecasting experience highly desired
Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influences decisions
Excellent ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, including to senior executive-level leaders
Strong technical skills including Essbase, Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships, promoting teamwork, and influencing others
Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus
Sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$77,000.00 - $133,000.00
