Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office software. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing office communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining company records.

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones and responding to email inquiries, in both English and Spanish.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Coordinate and schedule meetings, including arranging meeting materials and preparing agendas.

Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining both electronic and hard copy records in an organized and confidential manner.

Translate documents and communications as needed to ensure effective bilingual communication.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.

Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations of the office.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is mandatory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
