Our company is an innovative, fun, and rapidly growing dental consulting company with an unmatched reputation and is looking for a marketing manager to take us to the next level! It's time to bring your creativity, spice, excitement, and new ideas to get our company to serve millions more with grace and structure!

Responsibilities:

Own the Go-to-Market strategy and core marketing KPIs including but not limited to MQLs and SQL quantity/quality.
Execute Demand Generation campaigns that meet annual growth goals. .
Be our in-house CRM expert and own lead/customer data and automation.
Become a domain expert and create meaningful content for our target buyers and current clients to engage with.
Be our growth-engineering champion and willing to run constant tests to continuously optimize all parts of our marketing.
Manage our social media/graphic designer, as well as be a “do it yourself” team member. Hiring more as we see success in revenue growth from your efforts.
Own our field and virtual events, sponsorships, and business development efforts.
Own public relations efforts to get our CEO interviews and exposure while establishing our brand with a larger audience.
Work with and collaborate with the CEO to set and drive vision and strategy for the company in the market.
Maintain our annual growth (43%) and while managing the budget wisely.
Launch new products as we develop them with researched, vetted strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA a plus!
Well-organized, data driven, and detail-oriented
5 - 7 years experience leading marketing efforts preferred– there will be you and a social media team member. You will do the bulk of all marketing initiatives independently without a team.
Proven record growing a small business ($2M to $30M+)
Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
EOS “Traction” experience is a plus.
