Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Manhattan Beach, California. In this role, you will support daily operations by managing schedules, handling inbound calls, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position within the retail industry, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate calendars for team members and organizational leaders.

Answer and direct inbound calls in a detail-oriented and timely manner.

Support scheduling needs, including appointments, meetings, and events.

Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations.

Collaborate with team members to maintain organization and workflow.

Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for various tasks.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

Assist in tasks related to home health services, as needed.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordination role.

Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Familiarity with home health processes is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
