Client's Network Directory and Infrastructure Services team is seeking an Active Directory Engineer to assist with supporting operational and project demands across the enterprise globally. Candidates should have strong experience building, configuring and managing Domain Controllers, supporting Azure Active Directory Federation Services and AD infrastructure in a global environment (10,000+ users).
This role will start by supporting operational tickets for their AD infrastructure and after learning Client's environment move into an implementation role focused on securing Client's various AD Domains. Client has 130+ domains that have been acquired as part of acquisitions and have lacked proper management to keep updated and secure. The AD Engineer will help with addressing this by patching and remediating their domain controllers as well as helping consolidate and retire legacy domains.
Prior experience managing AD domain migrations, domain controller build/upgrades and AD consolidations is preferred. Experience with Powershell is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Implementation and Level III problem isolation and resolution for a Global Active Directory Network. Supports upgrades and lifecycle management for AD-related Infrastructure, Software, Tools and cloud based applications. Candidate will need to fulfill service requests and resolve incidents related to Directory and Identity Management Services plus rotate in an on-call basis.
COMPETENCIES: Superior knowledge of Active Directory overall and its administrative components. Exceptional customer service, problem solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. The candidate will perform at the highest level of systems administration and problem determination required to support large, complex implementation of Active Directory including implementation and support of group policies, cross-forest trusts and sites and services. Must Adhere to Service Management Processes and Procedures (Change, Incident, Problem) and Ensure customer satisfaction by consulting with Applications and other services who utilize Active Directory.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $62.00/hr.
