Job Title: 3rd Shift Storeroom Attendant

Department: Warehouse

Reports to: Thomas Owings

Location: Beardstown, IL

Effective Date: 08/27/2025

Job Status: Full Time

FLSA Status: Salaried-Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: Flexibility Needed

6PM- 6:30 AM SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

6PM- 2:30 AM MONDAY AND TUESDAY

Travel Requirements: 0-5%

Job Summary:

The JBS Pork team is seeking a 3rd Shift Storeroom Attendant.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain mechanical inventory through cycle counts

Verify shipments against packing slips.

Proper storage and handling of received stock.

Assist maintenance with finding parts and accurately releasing items in SAP.

Fork truck capable

Cleaning and organizing as directed

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to multitask

Customer service skills

Communication between shifts, maintenance, warehouse supervisor and purchasing manager.

BENEFICIAL

Mechanical knowledge helpful

SAP knowledge

Working Conditions: Work 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required. May be required to change shifts for coverage.

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience: Previous inventory knowledge is beneficial.

Special Skills:

Computer skills

Customer service oriented

SAP knowledge

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Bilingual is beneficial

Forklift capable

The Applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits:

Base Salary: $28,941min- $32,559mid
