The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is a junior to mid-level professional who plays a key role in attracting and winning the right talent by building and amplifying our employer brand across digital channels. This role is part strategy, part creative and part data analysis - and helps Omnicell attract and engage talent through compelling recruitment marketing campaigns.
Reporting to the Manager, Employer Brand & Talent Marketing , you'll play a key role in building recruitment marketing campaigns, and using data and creativity to drive measurable impact. You'll collaborate closely with Communications, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams-and you'll be empowered to shape the candidate journey through your storytelling and strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Marketing
Plan, develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that drive awareness, interest and applications across key roles that support hiring goals and talent pipeline needs.
Partner with the recruiting team to support high-priority roles with targeted marketing strategies.
Collaborate with external vendors and platforms on media buys, job advertising and branding initiatives.
Contribute to Omnicell's employee advocacy, internal mobility, early careers, and referral campaign activities.
Contribute to editorial planning and implement scalable systems for team operations.
Employer Branding
Grow our employer presence across digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Own the day-to-day management of employer branding channels including Glassdoor, Indeed and careers site content - leveraging our employer brand and employee value proposition across all, including Glassdoor review responses.
Create compelling content for (videos, social posts, GIFs, reels, blogs, job ads, email campaigns) for careers site, social media, email campaigns, job boards and employer profiles.
Collaborate with internal communications, marketing, HR and inclusion teams to ensure consistent voice and messaging.
Maintain and manage media repositories for employer brand content.
Data Reporting & Performance Insights and Optimization
Leverage data to optimize campaign strategy, inform editorial planning, and improve candidate engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign metrics and performance to improve candidate engagement and conversion rates, connecting it back to ROI.
Identify insights across candidate behavior and engagement.
Build reports that show how recruitment marketing efforts influence hiring funnel outcomes.
Co-own Squeeze.io AI tool within Omnicell, providing regular reporting, platform improvement ideas, collaborating with IT on API connections, establishing dashboards, and training other users.
Monitor recruitment marketing and employer branding trends to recommend innovative approaches and tools.
Required Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in marketing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition, or related field.
Strong writing, storytelling and content creation skills - with an eye for visual design and brand voice.
Experience with social media strategy.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Highly organized with strong project planning skills.
AI-forward thinker and experienced in using ChatGPT, Copilot, or other AI tools to scale content or increase efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience with Prompt Engineering.
Experience with Digital Marketing and Paid Media.
