Title Management Specialist (Entry Level)

Summary:

Responsible for validating vehicle transactions, managing title documentation, and ensuring compliance with state-specific requirements. Supports the full lifecycle of vehicle title management and collaborates with internal and external partners.

Key Duties:

Validate and process title transactions using Title Quest.

Become a state-specific titling expert.

Manage title portfolios and provide recommendations.

Handle ownership transfers, corrections, duplicates, and lease-related changes.

Collaborate on multi-unit title projects.

Resolve issues via Salesforce and email.

Support team goals by monitoring queues and assisting others.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong administrative, customer service, and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.

High School Diploma required; degree preferred.

1-3 years of office or customer support experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
