Field Technician

Job Title: Field Service Technician

Pay : $25-$28/hour (higher based on experience)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (weather dependent)

Location : Field-based

Key Responsibilities :

Operate heavy equipment and lead a crew of 2-3 technicians

Maintain and repair drilling equipment

Interact with clients on job sites

Must have prior operating experience

Class A CDL preferred or willingness to renew

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs

1+ year of mechanical experience (e.g., auto repair, farm work, equipment handling)

1+ year of general labor, construction, or concrete work

Comfortable with hand and power tools

Strong work ethic and desire to grow within the company

Entry Level - Ideal for individuals with hands-on experience and a desire to build a long-term career in groundwater services.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
