What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel, resort grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances within the location.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns and provide information or directions as needed.
Collaborate with hotel and resort management and local authorities as required during incidents or emergencies.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
