As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol - Multiple Shifts in Myrtle Beach, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a vibrant hotel and resort location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to guests and staff. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns and provide information or directions as needed.
Collaborate with hotel and resort management and/or local authorities as required during incidents or emergencies.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
