Job Summary:

IT Veterans is currently seeking an IT Inventory Specialist to join our team. You must have an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Job Details:

Order and replenish supplies as needed to support operations.

Oversee shipping and receiving of equipment and materials.

Maintain and organize stockrooms and supply areas.

Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.

Issue and track deployable communication equipment.

Maintain inventory control systems and prepare reports.

Create and deliver logistical reports and presentations.

Support load-out/load-in of equipment, including aircraft pallets, trucks, trailers, and vans.

Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment from acquisition through deployment.

Ensure all IT equipment is properly registered, tracked, and documented.

Produce and update online records for accountable property.

Assist with vehicle and equipment loading/unloading.

Perform general maintenance and cleaning on vehicles and facilities.

Requirements:

Clearance: Active TS with SCI eligibility; may require polygraph and/or drug testing.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT inventory or logistics roles.

Knowledge: Familiarity with government logistics systems and database management.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 70 lbs, perform prolonged kneeling, and climb trucks or equipment.

Deployment: Must be able to deploy with 1-hour recall, both CONUS and OCONUS.
