Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. Candidates for this role must reside within 50 miles of our Peachtree City, GA location to be considered for the position.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $53253.0 - $78104.4 a year.

What you'll do:

Position Overview:

EatonCare's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing world class customer service to Eaton Wiring Devices customers.

In this function you will:

Provide English-based phone support for Eaton Wiring Device customers, which requires participation in a fixed, call center schedule

Perform all aspects of customer service for Wiring Devices order entry, order management, and post order support for distributor and retail channels within agreed upon service levels; ensure customer service interactions are entered, tracked and managed as required by customer service policies

Provide support across multiple ongoing projects and serve as a secondary escalation point for complex customer service issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with internal and external teams

Monitor customer orders and interact with the supply chain and distribution channels to ensure target service levels are achieved

Assist in identifying order fulfillment problems and participate in root cause analysis

Serve as knowledge management contributor for customer service knowledge

Perform other customer service duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP and customer service management tools, such as Salesforce

Understanding of Eaton Wiring Devices or electrical industry experience

Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive & SharePoint
