Customer Service Supervisor

Position Responsibilities:

Assist the Customer Service Manager in coordinating staff and processes involved in customer service or restaurant order proposals as a Customer Service Supervisor

Professionally interface with customers via email and telephone, addressing their inquiries and concerns

Ensure staff engages customers with care and urgency, promoting overall customer satisfaction

Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience
