This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. Required Skills:

Finance Manager, AI Responsibilities:

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the AI organization

Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners

Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas

Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management

Help define and implement scalable financial processes

Perform strategic and ad-hoc business analysis as required

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics

BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent

Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting

Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders

Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company

Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)

Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projects

Public Compensation:

$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
