Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation starting at $18.00 per hour (salary based on shift schedule)

1st shift 6:30am to 3:00pm

2nd shift 2:30pm to 11:00pm

3rd shift 10:30pm to 7:00am

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator? You'll be:

Operating one to five robotic plastic injection molding machines efficiently

Conducting visual inspections and packaging of parts for quality assurance

Operating auto-load assembly machines and inspecting packaging products

Identifying and reporting any quality issues to the appropriate personnel

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have basic math and computer skills, with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Can understand and adhere to policies and procedures while maintaining accurate records

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Thrive in a team-oriented, quality-conscious environment

Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience and experience handling small or delicate parts-especially in the medical or pharmaceutical industry-is preferred
