True Brands is currently hiring for an on-site Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversees warehouse operations.

Be the subject matter expert on our warehouse management system (WMS).

Hires and manages warehouse associates.

Organizes and leads warehouse trainings.

Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP).

Sets the shift schedule and daily assignments.

Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures.

Supervises packaging, receiving, shipping, and value-added services activities.

Completes packaging, receiving, shipping, and value-added service tasks as needed.

Tracks in-bound and out-bound inventory.

Collaborates with the customer service team and other departments.

Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions.

Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

Able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.

Excellent time management skills and must be able to meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

$50,000-$65,000 depending on experience level
