Job Specifications:
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Dorchester, SC
Pay Rate: $48-$52/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and implement complex data center projects from inception to completion
Lead and coordinate commissioning efforts for generator delivery and startup
Oversee project schedules and ensure timely execution of deliverables
Facilitate on-site meetings and drive issue resolution
Communicate resource constraints and project needs to stakeholders
Complete comprehensive commissioning documentation
Serve as the on-site safety lead, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Develop and track detailed project plans and timelines
Monitor project status and manage risk
Conduct research and analysis to support project decisions
Maintain accurate project documentation and assign resources as needed
Coach team members and provide developmental feedback
Share knowledge across teams to foster collaboration
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in construction project management, preferably within data centers or large-scale infrastructure projects
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successful team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with project planning, scheduling, and documentation
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in construction environments
Proficiency with project management software and tools
