Our client, a grower and packer in the apple harvest industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the harvest administration team supporting harvest operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, computer proficiency, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Harvest

Location: Moxee, WA

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Provide administrative support for harvest operations

Maintain logs, data entry, and reporting

Assist with communication between teams and supervisors

Work with terminology such as grade, sizer, juicer, and peer

Support harvest tracking systems including Computech

What's Needed?

Strong administrative skills

Strong computer skills

Attention to detail and organizational ability

Familiarity with apple harvest industry terms (grade, sizer, juicer, peer)

Knowledge of Computech (preferred)
